We're Back! Join us for our October special film screening of Nope where we are celebrating Black History Month and Halloween!

From the mind of Oscar winner Jordan Peele (Us, Get Out) comes Nope, a typically disruptive, ingeniously terrifying reimagining of the summer blockbuster.

Emerald (Keke Palmer) and OJ (Daniel Kaluuya) are sibling caretakers of a horse ranch based out of a lonely gulch in inland California.

When the pair stumble upon an uncanny and chilling discovery one night, they find themselves and the gulch’s residents exposed to a mysterious force that seems to affect both human and animal behaviour.

We are delighted filmmaker and digital artist Grier Iana will introduce her new short-film 'The Watchers'. Grier Iana's short film is supported through Sydenham Arts' START: Creative Futures Micro-Grant programme, and she will be taking us through some of her creative processes, ideas and inspirations.

Film screenings take place at The Sydenham Centre. Doors open 7pm, Film Screening starts 7.30 pm.

Refreshments and traditional Guinness punch are available at the venue!

All our film screenings have been adapted to follow the very latest government guidance on Covid-19 safety, and as new announcements are made we will ensure you are kept up to date with the latest guidance for attending our screenings.

Please respect others and maintain social distancing wherever possible. Unless current advice changes, we will still be operating track and trace within the venue, so please be prepared to check-in via the app or leave your contact details with our box office staff upon arrival.
